You can have FireFox start with tabs open by going to the menu at the top and selecting Tools>Options and selecting the General tabs. In the Home Page Box enter your web sites like the example below:

http://www.dslreports.com/|www.google.com/
 

Notice the pipe character between the URLs | -- that thing.

You can do that for as many sites as you want.
