Browser is trying to use dial up or "No dial tone detected" error
I can connect but I can't browse, first time setup
Why do I get HTTP Error 500 when I click on a link to an exe file I've uploaded?

Browser is trying to use dial up or "No dial tone detected" error

Close the browser, go to Start-Settings-Control Panel-Internet(Options), click on "Connections", choose "Never dial a connection", click "Ok", close the Control Panel, and open your browser again.
