Therefore, you will not notice a better picture when using DSL, or better audio, but you might notice the video no longer stops and starts, and it also starts to play faster. The video feeds on the web usually specify the speed at which they run, for instance, 28k or 56k. I have seen some at 128k, and 300k, but not many.
