1. Close Firefox
2. Browse to

Windows XP/2000
C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[Profile Name]\chrome

Windows Vista
C:\users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[Profile Name]\chrome

3. Open up the userChrome.css file and copy and paste this at the very bottom of the document:

/* Multi-row bookmarks toolbar */
#bookmarks-ptf {display:block}
#bookmarks-ptf toolbarseparator {display:inline}

Then save and close.

4. Rename userChrome-example.css to userChrome.css if you don't have one and add the above
5. Open Firefox and drag and drop you links to the Bookmark Toolbar Folder
