Thanks for the post!!! 2012-12-21 09:07:37 I highly recommend this option is you have had a hard time with the refular customer service. 6 months of headaches and I came across this forum and wrote an email, got a call 2 hours later who looked into all of my calls and agreed it was ridiculous how many times I had to call for the same issue and that my bill was wrong every month. She promised to call me back the next morning and she did and had credited me back all of the wrong charges! 2013-03-06 16:04:27 I too had problems with installation. I emailed the address above with my issues and received a call back within 2 hours. The person was extrememly helpful and had my issues resolved quickly. Comcast also contacted me every step of the way and even called to see if I was happy with the end result. 2013-03-08 12:29:23 This was great! After 48 hours of a loss of all services (cable, internet, phone) and 7 calls to Comcast with 7 different responses to my issue, I didn't get resolution until I called the Complaint Center - took less than 2 hours after the call before my service was restored. There's still a bigger issue that needs to be resolved, but at least I have my service back on.
