Network Health provides the current known status of Comcast's network & services. Local Network Health status is accessible by logging in.

If you are logged in to Comcast.net, this link will take you to your Local Network Health Status: Network Health

If you are not logged in when clicking the link, you will see a message in pink stating:
"Please sign in to see local Network Health messages."

Follow these instructions:
Click "Sign in" icon located at top right of page
Page opens up to sign in
Type in Username & Password
Click "Sign In" button
Page opens up to Local Network Health
Message now reads: "Network Health for user: xxxxxx"
