In a MS-DOS command prompt;

2. Enter -> format a: /u/s/v:boot /autotest

3. Enter -> xcopy c:\windows\command\Chkdsk.exe a:
4. Enter -> xcopy c:\windows\command\Deltree.exe a:
5. Enter -> xcopy c:\windows\command\Fdisk.exe a:
6. Enter -> xcopy c:\windows\command\Format.com a:
7. Enter -> xcopy c:\windows\command\More.com a:
8. Enter -> xcopy c:\windows\command\xcopy*.* a:

Windows 98/98SE/ME Standard Boot Floppy Disk.
