Since I have many questions about this the easiest way to explain it is how I have it posted here:

.) Proceed with ordering the dry loop dsl number (leaving everything else intact).

.) When the dry loop is installed, arrange your inside wiring (IW) to where your dry loop service is coming in at, confirm sync at your nid/sni/gray test jack.

.) Ensure you have sync and can connect. Make sure your current DSL jack in your home has your new service working.

.) With the old line, go ahead and initiate a disconnect for your old DSL line. Since you moved to your naked dsl circuit already, this should be no impact to you.

.) When your old dsl line is disconnected, then go to the registration site and re-register your dsl on your dry loop/naked dsl circuit.

.) Then port your phone number to whatever cell service you want.
