No, it is not enabled at this time. It is a change that may be enabled by a future revision in firmware, but it is not likely be changed in the current Motorola hardware. It is possible that new STBs provided by Cisco may have added features, but there haven't been any reliable rumors about the new hardware, much less any official announcements.

The USB ports are powered. Some readers use it to successfully charge USB-connected devices such as MP3 players or cell phone headsets. But the use of the data connection is disabled.
