The 7232 DVR has 500 GB of space. This is an increase from 160 GB in the 6416 and 7216 model. Do not be mislead by the "32" in the model number. It really has 500 GB of storage.

Support for the eSata port will be available on the Motorola 7216, 7232 and Cisco CHS 435 boxes with the 1.9 IMG release. This will allow adding a 3rd party hard drive up to 2TB in size.
