Those live in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchScopes. Exporting that section as a ".reg" file will save them. Editing that, and deleting the line in each one that refers to an icon on your computer, will clean them up so that they'll install on any other computer. Example
