What is the correct Username/Password format for logging in to FastAccess? (#1981)
The standard login format is "username@bellsouth.net". All FacstAccess customers are required to use this format. Some versions of the BellSouth specific Westell 2100/2200/6100s automatically insert the "@bellsouth.net" after the username, however it will not cause any problem if you type it in manually.

If you are still unable to log in with this format, contact Tech Support.
