Is there an official DSL network maintenance window? (#2496)
Yes. Local window is usually Tuesday Midnight-5 AM, Thursday Midnight-5 AM. Anything planned that would disrupt a large number of customers is done during these times. Nationwide, the SBCIS maintenance window is 3-6 AM Central time on the same days. show feedback form
