FOC date? (#254)
Firm Order Commitment. The date at which outside wiring is scheduled (and the order becomes "real"). The normal procedure for a DCLEC DSL install, is for the Telco to schedule a FOC date to your MPOE (minimum point of entry). The ISP should advise you of your FOC date, (if one is required), as you may have to be there to let them have access. show feedback form
