Incoming Mail Server: pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com
If your email is @sbcglobal.net then:
Incoming Mail Server: pop.sbcglobal.net
Outgoing Mail Server: smtpauth.sbcglobal.net

If your email is @prodigy.net then,
Incoming (POP3) Mail Server: pop.prodigy.net
Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: smtp.prodigy.net

Note: for Prodigy Users from a company LAN, etc., use
Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: smtpauth.flash.net
If your email is @swbell.net then,
most likely your service started before Aug 01, 2001:
Incoming Mail Server: postoffice.swbell.net
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.swbell.net

Username and Password: User/Pass you got during the registration process.
