When you can ping a url dns name but not the url from command prompt use this fix!

Right Click on My Computer.
Select Open
RIGHT click on VTECH
Select Open
double click on the "Utilities" folder
double click on the "WinskFix" folder
double click setup
run this program.

NOTE: This will only work with Win 98/ME
