It varies, when a work unit is downloaded, it will tell you how many frames are in that particular WU. You can also find this information in the FAHlog.txt located in your folding folder.

Log samples:

[22:13:22] Protein: NativeBBA5

[22:13:22] - Dynamic steps required: 500000

[03:28:54] Protein: PHE SIDECHAIN - AMBER
[03:28:54] - Frames Completed: 0, Remaining: 10
[03:28:54] - Dynamic steps required: 100000




If you happen to know the protein name, then the frame information can be looked up here.
