•The Hardware Chat/Review Forum is for general discussions of PC Hardware unrelated to a specific problem you may be having. Anything else, please post in the appropriate forum.
•Although the guidelines aren't as strict as hardware help, please refrain from posting just because you are bored. Threads that are of absolutely no use to others will be locked. Please don't make this into a "mine is better than yours" forum, or give us a day by day update from start to finish as to when you ordered hardware and when it arrived.
•DO NOT bump your thread. Both Hardware Forums are busy, if someone knows the answer they will post in good time.
•Make reference to the topic in the post title.
• Polls will be locked or deleted.
•Absolutely NO AMD vs Intel or nVIDIA vs ATI threads. They usually turn into flame wars, and we don't have time to referee.
•When answering a post, try not to repeat what someone else has already stated, this includes copying and pasting information from a link someone else in the thread has already posted. Please read the entire thread before posting.
•Please do not insert any DC stats into your post.
•Start a new thread for unrelated posts. Do not start off with one question, then ask another once it has been answered.
•If a thread has had no activity for a week or more and you are not the original author of the thread, please refrain from any additional posting in that thread unless absolutely necessary. Read the tree! See #7.
•Please DO NOT link to off site graphics, especially huge off-site graphics. Not everyone is using a broadband connection, and some sites randomly change the graphic to other images when they are linked to. Unless it's pertinent to a thread why bother with graphics, or simply post a link to the site where the graphic resides
•Do NOT post graphics unless they are directly related to the thread topic. Insulting graphics are no different from insulting words and will be treated accordingly - they will be deleted/removed and will be treated as "flaming".
