Win 9x/ME:
Go to the Control Panel, click Network icon. On the Configuration tab, click TCP/IP-> Properties. On the IP Address tab select "Specify an IP Address" and enter 192.168.100.2, subnet mask 255.255.255.0, default gateway 192.168.100.1. Hit OK and Reboot.
Win 2K/XP:
For Win2k/XP go to Control Panel ->Network Connections ->Local Area Connection ->Properties button ->Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and follow the directions above.
Now point your browser to 192.168.100.1
When done examining your signals, change the TCP/IP Properties of your adapter to "Obtain an IP Address Automatically" then reboot.
