Can I run it on a machine with no Internet connection?

There is an "Offline Crunching Guide" with instructions on how to use UD on a PC that does not have an Internet connection. Check it out here.
Note: This is a work-around that provides instructions for processing on a non-connected machine, then transferring the files to a computer that has an internet connection.
