If you have packet loss at your end:
•Power down your modem for one minute, then back on.
•Check your signal levels, Make sure they are within specs.
•Check your cable connections. Make sure they are tight. •Place your modem and cables away from your monitor due to possible interference. •If you are using multiple splitters, then make sure your modem is on the very first split to your house. Try replacing the splitter or your cabling.
If you are still having packet loss, call Charter tech support.
