    • A suggestion, I recieved a number to "att Customer care" when I called the help number on my combined bill. The number I originally called for local and long distance (residential) was 1800 288-2020 and waited 20 minutes for someone to answer, they were not able to help me (wanted to downgrade to basic service) but I needed to contact "Customer Care" at 1 866 671 8016 waited all of 2 minutes and they changed my long distance and local service without blinking an eye, then called the same number to help a friend and same short wait (gottta love that!) the changed local/long as well as upgrade internet. hope this helps!
