SBC-Ameritech Contact NumbersDSL Phone Numbers

•The "main" DSL number is 877-722-3755 (877-SBC-DSL5), which is the nationwide SBC Toll Free number for Orders/Billing/Technical/Hispanic Support. This is now a voice-based system that directs you to "Tech Support", "Sales", or "Billing".

•For Dialup support, call 1-866-SBC-DIAL (1-866-722-3425).

•Emerging Products Center (EPC) - 1-888-767-6544 (old number was 1-877-870-9582.)

All upgrades should go through the EPC at 1-888-767-6544!

•To Cancel Your DSL - 877-722-3755.

•To upgrade your existing DSL service - Call the EPC at 1-888-767-6544

•To order DSL service - Use the main 877-722-3755 number or 800-660-3000 for business lines only.

A suggestion, I recieved a number to "att Customer care" when I called the help number on my combined bill. The number I originally called for local and long distance (residential) was 1800 288-2020 and waited 20 minutes for someone to answer, they were not able to help me (wanted to downgrade to basic service) but I needed to contact "Customer Care" at 1 866 671 8016 waited all of 2 minutes and they changed my long distance and local service without blinking an eye, then called the same number to help a friend and same short wait (gottta love that!) the changed local/long as well as upgrade internet. hope this helps!
