Currently Cox let's you have 7 different email addresses per account with 10MB storage for each. Each account is allowed 300MB per month of bandwidth. Note though, you can't take all seven accounts and make them continguous (string them together) to get a 70MB site. Each 10MB of space provisioned will have it's own URL. However, you can use one allocation as your main site, store data on the others, and cross-reference the pages through your links (the poor man's continguous site.)
