When someone clicks on a link a new window will open but many times it will be blank and this has often solved the problem for many members here...

Start
Run
Type in (exactly as shown)

REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL

When it says completed
Go To:

Tools
Internet Options
Programs
And Click Reset Web Settings
Apply and/or ok it and
Reboot
