*Disclaimer* MicroFilters have been used within the NID to create a "poorman's splitter". Although it functions as a whole house "splitter" it is not recommended. Microfilters are not designed to be used outside while exposed to the moisture and temperatures extremes seen within a NID. It can work as a temporary solution until a proper splitter is correctly wired. Wiring shown is standard red/green and yellow/black pairs. Click here to view alternative color codes.
