When transferring Service... You can now keep your current E-Mail Accounts and a Transfer Fee of $24.95 for the installation will apply. This has changed within the last 6 months. You can now keep your email address for free as long as you left your account in good standing.
And, in actuality.. it used to be $24.95 a month, not just a one time transfer fee. AT&T required you to have the email address associated with an active internet account, so if you cancel dsl.. you could keep a dial up only account to keep your email address, current price on dial up is $24.95. 2009-09-16 18:03:57 There is no fee to keep email addresses but when you move you must register the account using the master account(email address) and password when registering.
