Not unless your website is very busy, or contains large files that people frequently wish to download. There is no traffic, and no speed impact, by just having a web server. Once setup, web servers provide bandwidth statistics, and you are quickly able to calculate how much percentage of your DSL line is being used by average daily or weekly web traffic.
