1. Open up the Command Prompt and type in: telnet

2. At the Cayman Prompt type in clear
3. You will be prompted to confirm yes/no
4. Type yes and hit enter
5. The Cayman will clear its configurations back to factory defaults.
6 Type restart

Feedback received on this FAQ entry:
  • this is useless if you just need to reset to factory defaults as the password is the very first thing that is prompted when typing clear (for good security i guess)
