NOTE: If you are installing a new modem and have a blinking Cable or Service light, your modem may have not been registered properly at the CO, give Tech Support a call and explain the situation and youll be up and running. Line issues usually have symptoms such as no connectivity, blinking Cable or Service lights. First, if you have cable TV, tune to some channels and check the quality of the picture. If you have a bad picture or if youre noticed the quality deteriorated you may have a bad tap running from the post to your house, in this case you must call Tech Support so they can run a new tap to your house. If you have a good picture or if you dont have cable TV you may have Signal Problems.
