To add an alias, choose Add Address on the main mail page, and enter your alias name in the area provided after selecting "Alias" in the drop-down box:



Your alias must begin with a prefix, which is preset to your user ID number. It's recommended that you do NOT use a hyphen in the alias name. If you attempt to set a name without the prefix, you will see this screen: (the prefix will show yours, not the one in the graphic)



If the name you selected is available, you'll see this screen:



When you've clicked on, "I'll take it!" you will get this screen:



Clicking on the "Next" button will take you back to the Mail Control Panel, where you will see your new alias listed.
