What if I want the software on a CD?
What about my e-mail address, speeds, etc.?
I can't access my sub-accounts e-mail now.
What about my Unbundled Loop?
When I migrate it asks if I have a Yahoo ID. What do they mean?

The new servers are out in California somewhere, and are not the same as we have previously used. It's anyone's guess if they will be any better, and only time will tell.
