First of all make sure all boxes are checked "no" here: subscribe.yahoo.com/showaccount
Beyond that it's all up to you to put up filters and such. The spam after migrating phenomenon has yet to have been accurately explained. Internal techs here and tech support both claim that Yahoo! doesn't spam it's customers, yet many start experiencing a sudden increase in spam after migrating. Meanwhile other have no notable increase in spam. My advice, never use your ISP as your primary e-mail address.
