The Charter High-Speed Internet Technical Support Staff focuses our support towards the connectivity between a cable modem and a personal computer. Charter Communications does not host or control online gaming servers and is not responsible for issues related to connectivity when attempting to connect to a gaming server using a gaming console.

Technical support for the configuration and setup of gaming consoles is currently outside the scope of our support. However, as an optional support path, our High-Speed Internet Technical Support Staff has sent the following self-help information on your behalf.
