Green LED on solid on 4060 (4060 Locked to DSL tone). Don't know which end has dropped communications, but you can most likely regain proper operations by exiting Windows (98), powering down computer, and un-plugging the power supply for the 4060 for 3-4 minutes. Then power up 4060, and then your computer.
If still NG, there may really be no Server to find.
Don't attempt to power down 4060 while W98 is running, as you will probably get an error code forcing you to shut down anyway.
