I forgot my password. How can I reset it? (#7030)
If it is a secondary account, you can login your primary account via Comcast's portal at »www.comcast.net and change the password. If you lost the primary account password, you will have to call Comcast and get the right person that will reset it for you (1-800-COMCAST).
