Alcatel made two distinct STH models that use unique firmaware. You will need to access the STH interface via a web browser to determine which model you have. If you are unable to access the STH make sure your NIC is properly configured and PC is connected directly to the modem via a straight thru ethernet cable. Click here for more information.

Step 1
Log into the modem by entering »10.0.0.138 in the browser address field. Click on Upgrade.



Step 2
The first number of the Active software version entry is the model type (which in this case is a "G"). Exit the interface by closing the browser. Click here to learn how to update the firmware.
