The TSC client and firewalls

In order for the TSC client to communicate with TRI it must be allowed access to the Internet.

Make sure that you give permissions to the following programs to accesss the internet.

javaw.exe
LaunchAnyWhere GUI (TSC Client)

javaw.exe or LaunchAnyWhere GUI do not need server status as it requests. It is recommended, however, to allow the programs access to prevent any error in transmission or use of the program.
