You will setup a PPTP (Point to Point Tunneling Protocol) connection as detailed below. This lets the 5660 connect to your PPPoA provisioned ISP and it will pass the Public IP back to a single PC or a second Router using VPN Relay and bypassing the NAPT feature in the 5660:
