  • My sister and I purchased the Samsung Note 4 in November and only recently have we requested a training for the phone as it is different than the Galaxy 2 that we previously owned. We went into the Bayview Village store (Toronto) and asked to be booked for a training session. The Manager told us we were not eligible for training as we had previously gone in and asked questions on certain things. I said that I had been a client of Telus for 17 years and had been with them longer than the manager for which she replied and "you're a lot older than me!!" I replied that I was (what does that have to do with anything???) She was sooo rude to us, the customers that I think she should be fired. Once my contract is over I will definitely change carriers. As a long term customer I do not have to tolerate such ignorance and rudeness. If I new her name - I would put it in writing!!
