Sometimes the Yahoo! spam filter thinks that legitimate e-mail is spam and puts it in the bulk mail folder. Here are the steps you should take to resolve this.

1. At the top of the mail click on the "Not Spam" button.
2. Near the top-right click on Mail Options.
3. Under the Spam column click on Filters.
4. Click the Add button to add a new filter.
5. In "Filter Name" give the filter a name (usually just the person's e-mail address.)
6. In "From header:" type in the valid e-mail address.
7. In "Move the message to:" select Inbox.

Now all of the e-mail from that person will go directly to the Inbox. Your account can contain up to 15 filters at one time.
