If you would like to use bullets beside your lists, there is only one method now:

< LI> First line
< LI> Second line
< /UL>

• First line
  
• Second line
  

The above is an example of a bulleted list.

It is important to open and close your list with the appropriate HTML tags, or your list will move out to the left margin.
