Why won't my Passport work or log me in to hotmail? (#9506)
Even though I can log into MSN messenger? I have updated IE, scripting, all security patches, MSN to 6.1, Router Firmware, disabled all firewalls, etc... Try chnaging MTU size to 1492 from your router settings. All access to SSL sites (such as American Express, Hotmail, Etc.) will be restored.
