1. Browse into your Cayman.
2. Goto Configure
4. Goto WAN IP Interface
5. Click Advanced
6. Change the Max Terminates and Restart Timer to higher numbers.
7. Click submit
8. click the Yellow Triangle and choose save and restart.
This changes forces to Cayman to hold a "dropped" connection a little longer before trying to login again. The problem can be due to a poor DSL signal, lost packets, or just from your provider taking too long to acknowledge a packet. Raising these settings will not cure a line problem, but they will stop the Cayman from dropping the connection so quickly. If you do have a line problem, please contact your provider to have the line checked.
