For all other router models that are not listed in this sites FAQ, look through the guides at Portforward.com. You'll find detailed how-to guides with screenshots for various router models. There is a huge list of models there, click on your router model name, then select DC++ from the list of applications. An interactive guide will appear to help you how to access your router's configuration page and how to set up port forwarding for DC++.

It would probably help if you read over what needs to be done for port forwarding on this FAQ first to get an idea what is suppose to happen.
