Uninstall/reinstall Enternet 300 software. Create a new profile. This should correct the problem.

In Enternet 300, go to Connections-Settings-Advanced, change filter driver to protocol driver.
When reinstalling Enternet 300, be sure to CTRL-ALT-DEL and end task all programs running in the background. The "Failed to load TAP" error can occur repeatedly after each install if there is a software conflict during installation.
