There is a thread that sometimes when I attempt to reply, it says

Topic cannot be replied to at this time.


Many other users are experiencing this error and I'm wondering if it's a database problem or something.

It happens if there were more than a few posts with less than a few words made to the topics in the last few hours.

Stops fast-growing topics with nonsense posts.
