From Outlook Express select File->Export->Address Book. Choose "Text File (Comma Separated Values)" Click export and save it somewhere logical. Other programs have similar instructions for exporting the address book. Then from the web-based e-mail page click on Address Book. Click Address Options and then Import/Export.
