Check out other recommendations here. by wafen Also, you can do precise work with a tablet that would be very difficult to do with a mouse/trackball. Not quite so much the strain point, but if you're after precision, any tablet is taken over a mouse. Plus you have pressure sensitivity which if you want to get serious for photoshop, 3d apps like zbrush, it's a must.
