Yes, http://support.charter.com, however Charter's online support site only supports the Windows OS.

Techs who do not log on to BBR and actively contribute in the Charter forum for a period of 60 days or more will removed for inactivity. Techs are expected to follow both site and forum rules and be exemplary in their actions in the Charter forum. They are viewed as professionals and should present themselves accordingly. Any violators will receive one warning after which subsequent violations will result in removal from this table.
