The answer is yes! HDTV is currently in select areas and more areas should be launching this year! It is in Alhambra, CA; Glendale/Burbank, CA; Park Cities, TX; South Miami, FL; Birmingham, AL Metro (Scientific Atlanta Areas only); Ft. Worth, TX; Kalamazoo, MI; and Newtown, CT. Most areas of the Eastern-Michigan region (Bay City, Saginaw, Davison, Whitmore Lake, and Monroe).

Digital boxes purchased on ebay, are for the most part, stolen boxes. Or are ones that are defective that someone has purchased on a liquidation sale. Charter, along with most if not all other Cable Co's, will not activate them for use in their systems.

Don't waste your time or lose your money for these on ebay.
